Our programme of activities for Spring 2009 is
bursting with inspiring, thought-provoking and
entertaining exhibitions, events and opportunities for
people to buy, make and learn about contemporary craft.

Exhibition: Get FreshNow in its fourth year, Get Fresh will again be celebrating the emerging talent of designer-makers from across the South West. 18 exciting new makers working in wood, textiles, jewellery, print, ceramics, photography and mixed media will be showcased in the gallery. Work was selected by Tim Bolton, Academic Director of Higher Education (Plymouth College of Art and Design) and Saffron Wynne (Devon Guild Exhibitions Officer).
ADMISSION FREE. Open 10 am – 5.30 pm.

Exhibition Talk : Hanne Rysgaard

NEW! Kid’s Craft ClubEvery Tuesday, with start dates for each block of 5 sessions are Tuesday 20 January and Tuesday 3 March in The Terrace café. The new Kids Craft Club gives local youngsters aged 5 to 11 the opportunity to work in small groups with an experienced artist on a variety of creative projects. The club runs in 5 week long, fun and interactive sessions. £25 for 5 sessions which are supervised and include refreshments. The Terrace.

Quiz It! Arts & Crafts Quiz
An entertaining art, craft and general-knowledge quiz led by Bovey Tracey Town Mayor, Dorreen Black. In aid of the Guild’s Raise the Roof appeal. Teams are in groups of four. £5 per team member.
